Is Interview is compulsory for SBI, IBPS RRB and other Clerical / Class IV recruitments?

This is good news for all Candidates who seek Class IV Government jobs in Various Organizations i.e. SBI, IBPS, RRB etc.

 

Central Government has announced recently that Interview is not compulsory for all Class IV and Clerical Cadre recruitments. Govt has withdrawn Interview System because of two major causes. One is for Transparency in recruitment Process that means to avoid corruption and recommendations in various levels and second one is to avoid delay in appointments and postings. This is certainly welcoming step for many class IV job aspirants. So Candidates who have performed well in Written Test surely get job on merit without any further obligations.

 

However SBI like organizations can conduct interviews for Clerical or other cadre recruitments on approval of Central Government.

 

Many candidates may have fear of Interview. Candidates who could perform well in written test and get eligible interview loose job in Interview due to fear of interview, lack of proper guidelines and Communication skills.

 

We would like to give certain Tips and Suggestions who appear interview for either Govt Jobs or Private jobs.

 

We must member that the purpose of Conducting Interview is not only test your Academic knowledge but testing majorly your Personality, Attitude, Behaviour, how you respond for different situations, Your goals, Your Strenghts and Weaknesses many more.

 

Personal Interview is also to know your personal profile i.e. your siblings, your father , mother their occupations, social status etc.
