- ST (Stipendiary Trainee) / Technician – 31 Posts (Plant Operator, Fitter, Instrumentation Electronic mechanic, Electrician, Plumber, Welder, Capenter.
- Scientific Assistant C – 01 Safety Supervisor
- ST/Scientific Assistant – 17 Posts Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation
- Assistant – 04 F&A, C&MM, HR
Age Limit :
- ST (Stipendiary Trainee) / Technician – 18-24 Years
- Scientific Assistant C – 18-35 Years
- ST/Scientific Assistant – 18-25 Years
- Assistant – 21-28 Years

Three years Diploma in Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical and Production after SSC/HSC approved by AICTE with minimum 50% marks for Safety SuperVisor
Fees Details :
No Fees for Female Candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, Ex- Serviceman Dependent of Defence Personnel killed in Action (DODPKIA) and ‘employees of NPCIL’.

for Stipendiary Trainee/ Technician (ST/TN) (Category-II) Plant Operator : The written examination will be OMR based or Computer Based Test(CBT)
for all other Posts : Written Examination + Skill Test The written examination will be OMR based or Computer

Exam Pattern 1st Stage
Examination will comprise of 50 multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers) of 01 (one) hour
duration in the following proportion:
03 (Three) marks to be awarded for each correct answer and 01 (one) mark to be deducted for each
incorrect answer.
Maths : 20 Questions
Science : 20 Questions
General Awareness : 10 Questions
Stage 1 Cut Off : Accordingly, the General Candidates/EWS< 40% marks and the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD with < 30% marks will be screened out for Stage-2
Exam Pattern 2nd Stage
All candidates screened in Stage-1 to undertake an advanced test in their respective trade applicable for the post.
The Test will be of 02 (two) hours duration.
The level of questions for Plant Operator Trainees (Category-II) will be based on the syllabus in HSC or ISC and that for other Category-II(Maintainer) Trainees, the same will be in their respective ITI trades.
The level of questions for para-medical posts will be based on the syllabus related to their qualifying academic / professional / technical qualification.
The Test will comprise 50 Multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers) with 03 (Three) marks to be awarded for each correct answer and 01 (one) mark to be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Stage 2 Cut Off : Accordingly, the General Candidates(UR)/EWS<30% marks and the candidates belonging to
SC/ST/OBC/PwBD with <20% marks will be screened out for Stage-3.\
Exam Pattern Stage 3 – Stage 3: Skill Test not applicable for ST/TN – Plant Operator)
Based upon the merit list prepared after Stage-2, candidates in each trade will be shortlisted for Skill Test.
The skill test will be of qualifying nature only on Go / No Go basis.
The number of candidates shortlisted for Skill Test would depend upon the number of candidates qualifying for Stage-2 but should not exceed 5 times the number of vacancies for each post.
Candidates clearing the Skill Test to be shortlisted and empanelled in order of merit based on marks secured in Stage-2.
