Age Limit & Qualification : As on 12-01-2025

1. Management Trainee (General) – 28 Years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than
   13.01.1997 and later than 12.01.2007; both days inclusive)
   
2. Management Trainee (Technical) – 28 Years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than
   13.01.1997 and later than 12.01.2007; both days inclusive)
3. Accountant –  30 Years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 13.01.1995 and later than
   12.01.2007; both days inclusive)
4. Superintendent (General) – 30 Years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 13.01.1995 and later than 12.01.2007; both days inclusive)
5. Junior Technical Assistant – 28 Years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than
   13.01.1997 and later than 12.01.2007; both days inclusive)
6. Superintendent (General)- SRD (NE) – 30 Years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 13.01.1995 and later than 12.01.2007; both days inclusive)
7. Junior Technical Assistant- SRD (NE) – 28 Years (i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 13.01.1997 and later than 12.01.2007; both days inclusive)

Educational Qualifications: as on 12-01-2025

1. Management Trainee (General) –Degree with Ist class Master of Business Administration
2. Management Trainee (Technical) – 1st Class Post Graduate degree in Agriculture with Entomology Or Micro Biology Or Bio-Chemistry OR Ist Class Post Graduate in Bio-Chemistry Or
   Zoology with Entomology
3. Accountant – B.Com or B.A. (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works
   Accountants or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts
   Department with about three years’ experience in Maintaining and
   auditing of Accounts in Industrial / Commercial /Departmental
   Undertakings WITH 3 Years Experience.
4. Superintendent (General) – Any Degree
5. Junior Technical Assistant – Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-
   Chemistry as one of the subjects
6. Superintendent (General)- SRD (NE) – Any PG
7. Junior Technical Assistant- SRD (NE) – Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio- Chemistry as one of the subjects
8. Junior Technical Assistant- SRD (UT of Ladakh) – Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects

Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb

Signature Upload

The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
o Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
o Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb

Left Thumb Impression

The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on a white paper with black or blue ink.
o File type: jpg / jpeg
o Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3 cm (Width * Height)
o File Size: 20 KB – 50 KB

Hand Written Declaration

The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly on a white paper with black ink.
o File type: jpg / jpeg
o Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
o File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB

The text for the hand written declaration is as follows –
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.
