Vacancy, Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit & Qualification : As on 01-08-2025

18-30 Years for EO/AO

30 years for UR/EWSs,
33 years for OBCs,
35 years for SCs/STs and
40 years for PwBDs.

18-35 Years for APFC

35 years for UR/EWSs,
38 years for OBCs,
40 years for SCs,
35 years for STs and
45 years for PwBDs

Age Relaxation Applicable for SC/ST/Ex and PWD candidates.

Educational Qualifications: Regular /Full Time only

Any Degree from recognized university.

UPSC EPFO Selection Procedure :

The Selection Process for UPSC EPFO Based on following :

• • • A pen & paper based Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) to shortlist the candidates for
      Interview for recruitment to the posts of Enforcement Officers/Accounts Officers(Item No. 1
      above)and Assistant Public Provident Commissioner(Item No. 2 above)shall be conducted
      by the Commission. The date of examination will be intimated later on UPSC website.

  (I) Scheme:

• (i) The test will be of two hours duration

• (ii) All questions will carry equal marks.

• (iii) The test will be objective type questions with multiple choices of answer.

• (iv) The medium of the test will be both English and Hindi.

• (v) There will be penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a

• deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is

• marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.

  ii) Indian Culture, Heritage and Freedom Movements.
  iii) Developmental Issues and Present Trends in Indian Economy.
  iv) Governance and Constitution of India.
  v) General Science and Basic Knowledge of Computer Applications.
  vi) Elementary Mathematics, Statistics and General Mental Ability.
  vii) Industrial Relations, Labour Laws and Social Security in India.
  viii) Principles of Accountancy, Auditing and Insurance. & Current Events.
