Application Fees :

1. Rs.175/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates ( Only Intimation Charges)
2. Rs.875/- for all other candidates (Application Fees and Intimation Charges)
3. Payment Mode : Online Net Banking/Debit / Credit Card/Wallets

Vacancy, Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit : Age reckoned as  on 01-08-2025

1. For Clerks : 20-28 Years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1997 and not later than 01.08.2005 (both dates inclusive)
2. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/OBC/ PH/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules.
3. 20-31 Years for OBC NCL
4. 20-33 Years for SC ST
5. 20-38 Years for PWD.

Educational Qualification as on 21-08-2025

Any Degree as on 21-08-2025.

Local Language read, write and understanding.

IBPS Clerks 2025 Apply Online Requirements

Photo Upload :

Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)

Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb

Jpg Format

Signature Upload :

Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb

The candidate has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.

Left Thump Impression :

The candidate has to put his left thumb impression on a white paper with black or blue ink.
 File type: jpg / jpeg

Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 3 cm * 3

File Size: 20 KB – 50 KB

Hand Written Declaration :

The candidate has to write the declaration in English only clearly on a white paper with black ink.
 File type: jpg / jpeg
Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm *5 cm (Width * Height)
 File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB

The text for the hand written declaration is as follows –
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

10th Class Certificate :

10th Class Certificate in PDF Format 200 Kb.
