Educational Qualifications: Regular /Full Time only

• Graduates with 1-10 years of experience in Sales.
• Any Graduation from Recognized University
• Minimum 50% marks under regular course.

Work Experience
• Minimum 1-10 years sales experience in any organization.
• Active service of previous work experience may be counted and fixed for each candidate up on the sole
discretion of the Bank based on experience.

Graduates should have secured minimum 50% marks in X/SSLC, XII/HSC, Diploma/Polytechnic
and Graduation.

Pay Scale :

• HDFC Bank approved pay scale of between INR 3,00,000/- to INR12,00,000/- basis the experience
• Apart from the above Fixed CTC, candidates will be eligible for performance linked variable pay is over and above this fitment and done in accordance with the HDFC Bank’s annual reward plan & employee can avail the subsidized staff loans upon confirmation (6 months) which cannot be encashed
